Eligibility Rule: To qualify for a distribution, wallets must hold the required $PVLT tier balance at the official distribution snapshot and pass the final balance check before payout. Snapshots continue to run for transparency, but payouts only happen when vault activity creates confirmed realized proceeds.
Project Wallets ExcludedOnly eligible non-project wallets can qualify for tier-based holder rewards. PackVault project-controlled wallets (Treasury, Distribution, Token Minter / Creator, Team Locked, Giveaway) are excluded.
